Your profile, travelers, vehicles, preferences, saved places and trips are stored in your signed-in account and available across devices. Contribution drafts and their uploaded photos are saved privately to your account.
Export account records, contributions, private drafts, uploaded photos and any earlier browser drafts as JSON. Keep the download private. This is a portability copy; automatic restore is not available.

Photos used by saved trips, drafts, profiles and contributions are kept. Unused uploads become eligible for cleanup after seven days. Save your drafts to protect their photos.
Delete RoamerBook account
Permanently remove your RoamerBook profiles, travelers, garage, trips, drafts, contributions, reviews, messages and uploaded photos. Your profile disappears immediately; photo cleanup may continue in the background.
Your ChatGPT account is not deleted. A minimal account identifier is retained to prevent old sessions restoring the deleted account. Other travelers’ independent trip copies and downloads cannot be recalled.
Clear profile settings
Clear profile and public-profile settings from your RoamerBook account.
This clears your saved profile, travelers, groups, vehicles, accessibility, pets and account preferences. Saved trips, places and contribution drafts are kept. Trips can still contain copied traveler names, children’s ages, guests and private notes.
Your RoamerBook sign-in and ChatGPT account remain active. Uploaded photos and trip snapshots remain with your account. Export first if you want a backup; clearing cannot be undone here.
